Women's Lax's Tall Task

It won't be easy for the Colgate Lacrosse team this Thursday. After getting spanked by Syracuse last weekend, they face the #3 team in the nation, the Terriers from Boston University and do it on the Terrier's home field for the first round of the NCAAs.

BU is the America East champion also looking for their 1st ever NCAA win. They have the nation's second ranked defense with AE Player of the Year Anne Sheridan in goal. It will take a valiant effort on the Raiders part to rise to this challenge. I can only hope that the SU game gave them some focus for this game.

  • BU is calling for their fans to come out to this game. This was emailed to me (I have a masters from BU):

    Terrier Fans!

On Sunday, the Boston University Women's Lacrosse team was selected to compete in the NCAA Division 1 championship tournament. This upcoming Thursday (May 12) the third-ranked Terriers will host Colgate at Nickerson field at 3:00 p.m.

Come by and cheer our Terriers to victory as they take on Colgate in the first round of the tournament. Thank you for your support and I hope to see you there!

    Director of Athletics
