The Week Ahead
I'm sure I'm not the only anxious one in the Patriot League this week. Right now we've got two very big openings to fill, one pretty big opening and a host of smaller ones that will depend on others. I think we will get at least one, if not all, of these lingering questions resolved this week. The big ones are of course, the head coach at Lehigh and Georgetown as well as the Offensive Coordinator here at Colgate.
I for one am chomping at the bit.

the ncaa.org post is for an O-line coach... so I am guessing that they are promoting Hunt, although I thought Bolis would look to take over the O-Line and they would hire a RB coach... who knows

they have to post it, I am sure that is what is happening

Very interesting if that is true. I was beginning to doubt my instincts. If it is Hunt, I think he's going to be great.

As for Bolis, maybe he is getting some credit for Jordan Scott's success and they want him to continue to develop him? If they have a good chemistry, I don't want that to break up!

Out of the blue questions...
I am new to Colgate football.
Do the players like playing for Coach Biddle?
Is there a good atmosphere?

They win!

To out of the blue:
Welcome to Colgate football! Biddle is a unique character, but one that the players really love. By the time a player graduates, I believe the quote from a player was "we'd go through a wall for him". Biddle is the kind of coach who is not flashy, but will support his players immensely.
So I think there is a great atmosophere, and it is no coincidence that Colgate's been winning as long as Biddle has been the head coach.

Thanks for info! Biddle seems to be well-respected around here. And he wins--I hope we continue that tradition!
