The Hiring Just Won't Stop!
Alice Tym was named the Senior Associate Athletics Director and Senior Women's Adminstrator today. Alice presumably replaces long time Colgate coach and administrator Janet Little. This effectively completes the "Roach Administration" as all of Mark Murphy's senior administrators are now elsewhere.
I hope Alice is the right person for the job. She is young (1996 Yale Grad) but her bio sounds like she is able. Welcome to Colgate Alice!

This outsider can see that Janet is still listed in the Staff Directory as Senior Associate. I didn't realize that Colgate is growing its administration like that.
Either way, she is replacing some of Janet's duties as Senior Women's Administrator, no?

Yet.
I don't have to be on the inside to read the writing on the wall. This new hire will be taking over some duties that Janet previously held. While she might not be out the door tomorrow, one has to infer that Alice is David's choice and will usurp many of the duties she had.
